When I created Maggie Ts Teashop it was something I always wanted to do from childhood. I always envisioned my own store and pouring tea for my customers and asking how's your day? What can I do for you to make it better? I love to see people smile and laugh at my silly jokes and just trust me with what's in there heart. Now I'm building the trust with my customers to ensure they get the best quality of tea at a fair price. Alot of people are living paycheck to paycheck and can't afford good tea and coffee. That was my main issue that I could not myself afford good tea and coffee and decided to take a chance on myself and invested in quality to share with my customers at a fair price.

To begin this story, I started with absolutely nothing. I worked as a mortgage servicer for a big bank that paid minimum wage barely surviving had to borrow money to pay rent every month and food. The one thing that kept me sane was a good cup of tea. I had to figure out a way to get myself from under water and the one true thing that gave me ideas and not fall into tears was a cup of tea. A good cup of tea held me together. I had tea parties with bake goods and no one touched the cake they all went for the tea and the coffee every time. I said HMMMMMM that's it!!!
